Mindful Mondays

As part of the Chancellor’s G•R•O•V•E Well-being Initiative, faculty, staff and students are invited to take 10 minutes of their time each Monday at noon to focus on mindfulness and mental health well-being.
Through brief videos, which will be linked below, UM counselors will guide viewers through exercises such as mindful breathing, chair stretching and the STOP method.
