Mindful Mondays
UCC Counselor Houston Griffith, P-LPC presents this weeks Mindful Monday talk.
As part of the Chancellor’s G•R•O•V•E Well-being Initiative, faculty, staff and students are invited to take 10 minutes of their time each Monday at noon to focus on mindfulness and mental health well-being.
Through brief videos, which such as the video above, UM counselors and graduate assistants will guide viewers through exercises such as mindful breathing, chair stretching and the STOP method.
