Appointments:

To make an appointment, call 662-915-3784 or stop by the Counseling Center located on the 3rd floor of Lester Hall, just up the hill from the Rebel Market (Johnson Commons). Due to the heavy demand for services, clients are urgently requested to call (662) 915-3784 to cancel their appointments at least 1 day (24 hours) in advance. Individual appointments not cancelled at least 2 hours in advance, will be considered a no-show and the client will be assessed a service fee of $20. If you are more than 15 minutes late arriving to your appointment, you will be charged a no-show fee of $20 and will need to reschedule.  These amounts will be charged to the client’s Bursar account. The University Counseling Center WILL NOT make reminder phone calls.  Reminder emails will be sent the day before your appointment.  Please confirm with the front desk staff your willingness to participate in reminder emails and to confirm your email address.
